If you’ve landed on this page, chances are you’re on your own chronic illness healing journey or perhaps feeling stuck on your healing path. I have been there myself, and I know all too well how difficult it can be to live with the uncertainty of chronic illness, the endless treatments and protocol options, and the overwhelming feeling of having to navigate it alone. If you are looking for someone to walk this path with you, someone who has been there and has come through the other side, then I will soon be launching my Mind-Body Coaching sessions, and I would love to support you on your journey.

Through Mind-Body Coaching, I offer you a compassionate, supportive and safe space to explore what you are truly needing on your journey at this time. If it feels aligned, I also offer gentle guidance on mind-body tools you can incorporate into your journey, that can help you cultivate more safety in your body and the conditions needed to heal. Nervous system regulation and somatics helped me so much when healing from conditions like Long Covid, CFS and Lyme disease, and I believe so much in the body's innate ability to heal from these conditions when we use a holistic approach that incorporates all parts of our being.
